clubgolfsale.com will exchange or refund merchandises purchased through our website, within 15 days upon receipt, as long as it's in plastic sealed condition.

If you discover any faulty of our products in 15 days upon receipt, you can contact our customer service for Full Refund. Items should be returned in their original packing. If you discover any faulty of our products after 15 days, you can still contact our customer service for a replacement within one year of purchasing of the item (Replacement postage should be covered by buyers). Please note that it takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process the replacement.

    I need to return the clubs that i just purchased from you. I bought them as a gift for my husband for his upcoming golf trip and he brought home a fitted set this weekend before I gave him the set I purchased from your company. How do I start this process? Regards
